The primary mission of True North is to provide the services that maximize off-the-shelf Esri technology for end users. We practice the principle of configuration over customization in order to fully use all the features of Esri desktop and server applications and minimize the monetary and time costs of writing and maintaining custom code. As a Local Government Specialty partner, we recognize that Esri technology is not limited to the installed application products, but also the multitude of data models, map templates, and applications that have been created and and made available through the Local Government Resource Center. True North offers a wide variety of services bundles that provide quick successes to customers while leveraging the strength of the Esri platform.
